A teacher-administrator advisory committee is being formed to meet monthly.
Accepted, with regret, the resignation of Hazel and Everett Kelderhaus effective July 1 of 1981. The Board discussed procedures to follow in finding a replacement.
Voted to make improvements in the homemaking department by taking bids on a microwave oven and replace a sewing table.
Studied proposals for the buying of a new baritone saxophone for the music department.
May 23, 1981. The Collins High School class of 1931 held their 50-year reunion after the alumni banquet. Class members: Jessie Heffelfinger, Earle Atkinson, Dwight Chambers, Inez Hand, Dale Hand, Mabel Huffaker, Jessie Huntrods, Darlene Prichard, Harriett Sokol, Glen Pointer.
May 26, 1981. Collins High School Awards Presented. The Collins Booster club sponsored the awards banquet Friday, May 15, in the Collins School lunchroom. After the potluck supper, awards were given as follows:
