Miss Deb Carroll Graduating in the class of 1974 is Debora Ann Carroll known as "Blue Streak" to every track coach in the state of Iowa and as the most prolific sprinter the state has ever produced. During her four-year career at Collins, Deb has won no less than 27 championships in statewide competition including four straight Drake Relay Championships.
Her accomplishments have brought fame, glory, and honor to herself, her team, her school, and her community. We would like to dedicate this page in honor of one of the greatest athletes ever to attend Collins High.
