Senior Class Day and Eighth Grade Graduation was Wednesday afternoon May 22. The seniors had the first part of the program. This included a skit with Elliott Partridge doing palm readings of each of the seniors, two musical numbers by the entire class, solos by Glen Novinger, Daisy Mary Maxwell, and Elliott Partridge. Yildirih Omartag, an exchange student from Turkey, who is attending Roosevelt High School in Des Moines told a few of her experiences as an exchange student and played two selections on the saz, a national Turkish instrument.
