December 8, 1949 Grade News - 5th-6th, In Science, Bobby demonstrated an electromagnetic he had made by winding wire around a nail and connecting it to a dry cell battery. He also had a little motor that can be used in an erector set.

December 15, 1949 - The Speech Class is preparing two one-act plays to be presented December 21. The names of the plays are, "The Monkey's Paw" and "She's a Neat Job." The public is cordially invited and admission will be 25, and 40 cents.
