October 22, 1949 Editorial - Take a Look at your locker. Is it nice and neat as it should be? Or is it a perfect mess? It really doesn't take much more time to put the books up neatly when changing books between classes. We are allowed five minutes between each class.

January: 4 - Rhodes (T); 6 - Maxwell (H); 10 - Zearing (H); 13 - Huxley (H); 16-21 Girls County Tournament. 23-27 Boys County Tournament.

Boys basketball team defeated Farrar 49-31. Phil Holland scored 20 points.

The girls opened their season at Farrar with a victory of 32-24. Norma Evans scored 14 and Barbara Kimberley 12 points.
