December 23, 1948 Editorial - Think! Fans of Collins! - Has anyone stopped to realized how terrible it sounds when the fans "Boo" at our basketball games? Some of the "booers" think they know more than the referee. Of course, he may make mistakes, but who doesn't? I think it would have been good for the alumni who have been booing to hear a pep talk given by our coach at the pep meeting last Friday. I believe booing is bringing down our school reputation. So what do you say, Fans of Collins? Let's have a good school reputation by not having any booing at our basketball games.

January 20, 1949 Home-Ec - The advanced girls are studying the care of the sick in the home. This includes how to bath a person when in bed and making up food trays that are appetizing to the patient. Eileen Hofer has come and told us some things about her nurse's training and showed us how to give a rubdown to a bed patient.
